By downloading, accessing, or using HerLoop, you agree to this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

HerLoop is a social community application that lets users create accounts, share posts and media, interact (likes, comments), manage friends/blocks, receive notices, search content, and (when enabled) send private messages.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be old enough to use the App Store and to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13 years old, or higher if required locally).
• You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• You may register with **email and password** or **Sign in with Apple**.
• One person should not create accounts solely to evade bans or abuse limits.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, hateful, harassing, pornographic (where prohibited), violent, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
• Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Use the service to exploit, endanger, or solicit minors.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or applicable law.

4. User content (UGC)

• You retain ownership of content you create, but grant HerLoop a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the service.
• You represent you have the rights to the content you upload.
• Content is public or visible to other users according to product features (e.g. feed posts).

5. Reporting and moderation

• You can **report** posts or users in the app.
• We may review reports and take actions such as hiding content or restricting accounts.
• We do not guarantee that every report will result in action, or that action will be immediate.

6. Account deletion

You may delete your account in Settings → Delete account. After deletion, you may lose access to content associated with that account. Some information may remain in backups or as required by law, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

HerLoop may rely on Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store, push) and infrastructure/messaging providers. Their terms and privacy policies also apply where relevant.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that UGC is accurate or safe.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HERLOOP AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify the service or this Agreement. Material changes will be posted at https://vibely.show/terms. We may suspend or discontinue the service. You may stop using HerLoop at any time and delete your account.
