This Privacy Policy describes how HerLoop (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the HerLoop mobile application and related services at vibely.show.
This text is provided for App Store readiness based on current product behavior. Have counsel review before relying on it as final legal advice in your jurisdiction.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Account information
**Email address** and **password** (password is stored hashed, not in plaintext) if you register with email.
**Sign in with Apple** identifiers (`apple_sub`) and, if you share it, your Apple-provided name and/or email (including Hide My Email relay addresses).
Optional profile fields you choose to provide (nickname, avatar, about, etc.).
1.2 Content you create
Posts, comments, images/media you upload, reports you submit, and similar UGC.
Private messages and related metadata when messaging (OpenIM) is enabled.
1.3 Device and technical data
Device identifiers or tokens you provide for push (e.g. APNs token) when that feature is used.
Approximate technical logs needed to operate and secure the service (e.g. IP address in server logs, app version).
We do not require SMS phone verification for the primary HerLoop auth path. Legacy/test phone flows, if enabled on a given environment, may process a phone number only for that purpose.
2. How we use information
We use the information to:
Create and authenticate your account; keep you signed in (JWT access/refresh tokens).
Provide community features (feed, posting, likes, comments, friends, blocks, search, notices).
Provide messaging when enabled.
Receive and act on abuse reports and enforce the User Agreement.
Operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
**Infrastructure providers** that host our API, database, object storage, and (if enabled) messaging infrastructure, solely to run HerLoop.
**Apple**, when you use Sign in with Apple (subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policy).
**Authorities** when required by law or to protect users’ safety and our rights.
4. Data retention and deletion
We retain account and content data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations.
You may **delete your account** in the app: **Settings → Delete account**. We soft-delete the account, invalidate sessions, and free identifiers so they can be re-registered per our technical design.
Residual backups or logs may persist for a limited period consistent with security and legal needs.
5. Security
We use industry-common measures such as HTTPS in production, hashed passwords, and access-controlled tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Children’s privacy
HerLoop is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support@vibely.show.
7. International users
If you access HerLoop from outside the region where our servers are located, your information may be processed in other countries. By using the service you understand that transfer.
8. Your choices
Access and update profile fields in the app.
Delete your account in Settings.
Withdraw Sign in with Apple access via your Apple ID settings (you may then need another login method or lose access to an Apple-only account).

9. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version at https://vibely.show/privacy and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
